本條款適用於 tennnzo（tennnzo.com 及其子網域，以下稱「本服務」），由不好意思股份有限公司（Excuse Me Lab，統一編號 62186614）（以下稱「我們」）提供。使用本服務即表示你同意本條款。你的組織若與我們另有書面合約，以合約為準。

服務內容

本服務是社群帳號營運平台：管理人設與社群帳號、審稿、排程與查看成效，並可讀取客戶所管理 Threads 帳號的公開大頭貼，讓後台顯示與平台一致的頭像。客戶也可以連結自己經營的 Threads、Facebook、Instagram 與 TikTok 帳號，由本服務發布審稿通過的內容並讀取成效。我們可能調整或改善功能。

帳號與責任

  • 帳號由你的組織開設，請妥善保管登入資料，不要與他人共用。
  • 你的組織對其成員在本服務中的行為負責。

你的內容與授權

  • 你登記到本服務的社群帳號，必須是你或你的客戶有權經營管理的帳號。
  • 你上傳或產生的內容，權利仍屬於你或原權利人；你授權我們在提供服務所需的範圍內保存、處理與顯示這些內容。
  • 你使用各社群平台時，須遵守該平台的條款與政策（包括 Meta 的 Threads 條款，以及 TikTok 的服務條款、社群自律守則與音樂使用確認條款）。
  • 透過本服務發布到 TikTok 的影片，隱私等級、互動設定與商業內容揭露由你在發布前自行選擇並確認；你須確保影片內容與揭露符合 TikTok 的規範。

禁止的行為

  • 違反法律、侵害他人權利，或用於詐騙、騷擾、散布不實資訊。
  • 查詢或蒐集非你管理之帳號的資料，或試圖繞過本服務的存取限制。
  • 干擾本服務的正常運作，或未經允許大量自動存取。

第三方平台

本服務會使用社群平台提供的官方介面（例如 Threads API、TikTok Login Kit 與 Content Posting API）。我們與這些平台沒有隸屬關係；相關功能是否可用，取決於平台的政策與核准，可能因此變更或暫停。

廣告素材查詢提供的商品資料、評價、問答與熱門筆記標題，來自第三方資料服務取得的公開資料，僅供撰寫內容時參考；我們不保證其正確或完整。客戶不得照抄或轉載原文，使用時須自行遵守相關法令與平台規範。

費用

費用與付款條件依你的組織與我們的報價或合約。

免責與責任限制

本服務依現況提供。在法律允許的範圍內，我們不保證服務不中斷或沒有錯誤，也不對間接或衍生損失負責。法律另有強制規定者，依其規定。

終止

你的組織可以隨時停止使用本服務。若有違反本條款的情形，我們可以暫停或終止相關帳號。終止後資料依「隱私權政策」與「資料刪除」頁處理。

These terms apply to tennnzo (tennnzo.com and its subdomains, "the Service"), provided by 不好意思股份有限公司 (Excuse Me Lab Co., Ltd., Taiwan Unified Business No. 62186614) ("we"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If your organisation has a separate written agreement with us, that agreement prevails.

The Service

The Service is a social account operations platform: managing personas and social accounts, reviewing, scheduling and reporting, including reading the public profile picture of the Threads accounts a customer manages so the dashboard shows the same avatar as the platform. Customers can also connect Threads, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok accounts they run, so the Service publishes their approved content and reads its performance. We may change or improve features.

Accounts and responsibility

  • Accounts are created by your organisation. Keep your sign-in details safe and do not share them.
  • Your organisation is responsible for what its members do in the Service.

Your content and permissions

  • Social accounts you register in the Service must be accounts that you or your client are entitled to manage.
  • Content you upload or create remains yours or its original owner's; you allow us to store, process and display it as needed to provide the Service.
  • When you use social platforms you must follow their terms and policies, including Meta's terms for Threads and TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and Music Usage Confirmation.
  • For videos posted to TikTok through the Service, you choose and confirm the privacy level, interaction settings and commercial content disclosure before posting, and you are responsible for the video and its disclosure following TikTok's rules.

Prohibited use

  • Breaking the law, infringing others' rights, or using the Service for fraud, harassment or disinformation.
  • Looking up or collecting data about accounts you do not manage, or trying to get around access controls.
  • Disrupting the Service or accessing it automatically in bulk without permission.

Third-party platforms

The Service uses official interfaces offered by social platforms, such as the Threads API and TikTok's Login Kit and Content Posting API. We are not affiliated with these platforms; whether such features are available depends on their policies and approvals and may change or be suspended.

The product data, reviews, questions and answers and popular note titles provided by ad research are public data obtained by a third-party data service, for reference when writing content only; we do not guarantee that they are accurate or complete. Customers must not copy or republish the text verbatim and must follow the applicable laws and platform rules when using it.

Fees

Fees and payment terms are set in the quote or agreement between your organisation and us.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Mandatory provisions of law still apply.

Termination

Your organisation may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. After termination, data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and on the Data Deletion page.

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China).
