你可以要求 不好意思股份有限公司（Excuse Me Lab，統一編號 62186614） 刪除 tennnzo 保存的你的資料。本頁說明怎麼申請、會刪除什麼，以及 Meta（Threads）與 TikTok 使用者的資料刪除說明。

如何申請

  • 寄信到 privacy@tennnzo.com，主旨寫「資料刪除申請」。
  • 請註明：你的姓名或組織名稱、要刪除的帳號（tennnzo 登入帳號，或 Threads 帳號名稱），以及你與該帳號的關係。
  • 我們會先確認你有權提出申請（例如以帳號的 Email 回覆確認），並在 30 天內完成刪除，完成後以 Email 通知你。

會刪除的資料

  • tennnzo 使用者：你的帳號資料（登入名稱、顯示名稱、Email、頭像）與所屬組織關係。
  • 客戶組織：組織的人設、帳號、貼文、圖片、成效與審稿紀錄。
  • Threads 帳號：我們保存的該帳號大頭貼圖檔，以及每日查詢的紀錄。刪除後，除非該帳號的管理者再次登記，否則不會再查詢。
  • 連結的帳號（Threads、Facebook 粉專、Instagram）：保存的存取權杖、平台帳號編號與名稱。在後台按「中斷連結」會立即刪除權杖。
  • 收件匣：這些帳號收到的留言、提及與私訊，以及草稿。
  • 私域社群資料：與你有關的成員資料（帳號 id 的雜湊值、顯示名稱、互動次數、標籤、摘要）與相關工單。請在申請信裡寫明你所在的群組與顯示名稱。
  • 連結的 TikTok 帳號：保存的存取權杖與更新權杖、TikTok 帳號編號（open_id）、顯示名稱與大頭貼，以及帳號粉絲數與公開影片的清單和成效數字。在後台按「中斷連結」會立即刪除權杖。
  • 連結的 X 帳號：保存的存取權杖與更新權杖、X 帳號編號、帳號名稱、顯示名稱與大頭貼。在後台按「中斷連結」會立即撤銷並刪除權杖；已發布到 X 的貼文不受影響，要刪除請在 X 上刪除。

依法必須保留的資料（例如交易紀錄）會在法定期間結束後刪除。

Meta（Threads）使用者的資料刪除說明

tennnzo 透過 Meta 的「Tennnzo Threads」App，以 tennnzo 自己的官方 Threads 帳號查詢客戶所管理 Threads 帳號的公開資料；客戶也可以用自己經營的 Threads 帳號、Facebook 粉專或 Instagram 專業帳號登入授權本 App，讓 tennnzo 代為發布審過的貼文、刪文與讀取成效。一般 Threads、Facebook、Instagram 使用者不需要登入或授權本 App。

  • 如果你的 Threads 公開帳號資料（帳號名稱、顯示名稱、大頭貼）出現在 tennnzo，而你想刪除：寄信到 privacy@tennnzo.com，附上你的 Threads 帳號名稱。我們會在 30 天內刪除保存的大頭貼與查詢紀錄，並停止查詢該帳號。
  • 如果你曾以 Threads 帳號授權「Tennnzo Threads」App：可在 Threads 的「設定 › 帳號 › 網站權限」移除本 App，之後依上方方式寄信，我們會刪除該授權與相關資料。
  • 如果你曾以 Facebook 登入授權本 App 管理粉專或 Instagram 專業帳號：可在 Facebook 的「設定 › 商業整合」移除本 App，之後依上方方式寄信，我們會刪除保存的權杖與相關資料。客戶也可以直接在 tennnzo 後台按「中斷連結」，權杖會立即刪除。
  • 如果你曾以 Instagram 登入授權本 App：可在 Instagram 的「設定 › 網站權限 › 應用程式和網站」移除本 App，之後依上方方式寄信，我們會刪除保存的權杖與相關資料。客戶在 tennnzo 後台按「中斷連結」時，權杖也會立即刪除。

你也可以直接在 Facebook、Instagram 或 Threads 的應用程式設定中，對本 App 提出「刪除資料」請求：Meta 會通知我們，我們會立即刪除該登入的存取權杖與收件匣裡相關帳號的留言、提及與私訊，並給你一個確認碼與狀態頁連結（tennnzo.com/data-deletion/status），可以隨時查看刪除是否完成。

TikTok 使用者的資料刪除說明

客戶可以用自己經營的 TikTok 帳號登入授權 tennnzo，讓 tennnzo 代為發布審過的影片並讀取帳號粉絲數與公開影片的成效。一般 TikTok 使用者不需要登入或授權本 App，我們也不讀取未連結帳號的任何資料。

  • 如果你曾以 TikTok 帳號授權本 App：可在 TikTok App 的「設定和隱私」中找到應用程式權限，移除本 App。移除後我們無法再用該授權發布或讀取任何內容。
  • 要刪除我們已保存的資料：寄信到 privacy@tennnzo.com，附上你的 TikTok 帳號名稱。我們會在 30 天內刪除保存的權杖、帳號編號、顯示名稱、大頭貼、粉絲數與公開影片的清單和成效數字，完成後以 Email 通知你。
  • 客戶在 tennnzo 後台按「中斷連結」時，權杖會立即刪除。已發布到 TikTok 的影片不受影響，要刪除影片請在 TikTok App 內操作。

Data Deletion

You can ask 不好意思股份有限公司 (Excuse Me Lab Co., Ltd., Taiwan Unified Business No. 62186614) to delete the data tennnzo keeps about you. This page explains how to ask, what is deleted, and the data deletion instructions for Meta (Threads) and TikTok users.

How to request deletion

  • Email privacy@tennnzo.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
  • Include your name or organisation, the account to delete (your tennnzo sign-in, or the Threads username), and how you are related to that account.
  • We first confirm that you may make the request (for example by asking you to reply from the account's email address), complete the deletion within 30 days, and confirm by email when it is done.

What is deleted

  • tennnzo users: your account data (sign-in name, display name, email, profile picture) and your organisation memberships.
  • Customer organisations: the organisation's personas, accounts, posts, images, metrics and review history.
  • Threads accounts: the profile picture we stored for that account and the record of our daily lookups. After deletion we no longer look the account up unless the account's manager registers it again.
  • Connected accounts (Threads, Facebook Pages, Instagram): the stored access token and the platform account id and name. Clicking "Disconnect" in the dashboard deletes the token at once.
  • Inbox: the comments, mentions and messages those accounts received, and drafts.
  • Community data: the member data about you (hashed account id, display name, interaction count, tags, summary) and related tickets. Please state the group you are in and your display name in the request.
  • Connected TikTok accounts: the stored access and refresh tokens, the TikTok account id (open_id), display name and profile picture, and the account's follower count and public video list and performance numbers. Clicking "Disconnect" in the dashboard deletes the tokens at once.
  • Connected X accounts: the stored access and refresh tokens, the X account id, username, display name and profile picture. Clicking "Disconnect" in the dashboard revokes and deletes the tokens at once; posts already on X are not affected — delete them on X.

Data we are required by law to keep (such as transaction records) is deleted when the legal retention period ends.

Data deletion instructions for Meta (Threads) users

tennnzo uses Meta's "Tennnzo Threads" app to look up, with tennnzo's own official Threads account, the public profile of Threads accounts that our customers manage. Customers may also sign in with Threads accounts, Facebook Pages or Instagram professional accounts they run and authorize this app, so tennnzo can publish their approved posts, delete posts and read performance for them. Ordinary Threads, Facebook and Instagram users do not sign in to or authorize this app.

  • If your public Threads profile data (username, display name, profile picture) appears in tennnzo and you want it deleted: email privacy@tennnzo.com with your Threads username. Within 30 days we delete the stored profile picture and lookup records and stop looking the account up.
  • If you authorized the "Tennnzo Threads" app with your Threads account: remove it in Threads under Settings › Account › Website permissions, then email us as above and we will delete that authorization and any related data.
  • If you authorized this app with Facebook Login to manage a Page or Instagram professional account: remove it in Facebook under Settings › Business integrations, then email us as above and we will delete the stored token and related data. Customers can also click "Disconnect" in the tennnzo dashboard, which deletes the token at once.
  • If you authorized this app with Instagram Login: remove it in Instagram under Settings › Website permissions › Apps and websites, then email us as above and we will delete the stored token and related data. Clicking "Disconnect" in the tennnzo dashboard also deletes the token at once.

You can also send a data deletion request for this app straight from the app settings of Facebook, Instagram or Threads: Meta notifies us, we immediately delete that login's access tokens and the comments, mentions and messages of those accounts in the Inbox, and you get a confirmation code and a status link (tennnzo.com/data-deletion/status) to check that the deletion is done.

Data deletion instructions for TikTok users

Customers may sign in with TikTok accounts they run and authorize tennnzo, so tennnzo can post their approved videos and read the account's follower count and the performance of its public videos. Ordinary TikTok users do not sign in to or authorize this app, and we read no data about accounts that are not connected.

  • If you authorized this app with your TikTok account: remove it from the app permissions in the TikTok app under Settings and privacy. Once removed, we can no longer post or read anything with that authorization.
  • To delete the data we already keep: email privacy@tennnzo.com with your TikTok username. Within 30 days we delete the stored tokens, account id, display name, profile picture, follower count, public video list and performance numbers, and confirm by email when it is done.
  • When a customer clicks "Disconnect" in the tennnzo dashboard, the tokens are deleted at once. Videos already posted on TikTok are not affected; to delete a video, do so in the TikTok app.
